NO FULL BODY GARMENTS, PANTS, LEGGINGS, ONE SIZE FITS ALL ITEMS OR BUTT LIFTERS CAN BE EXCHANGED. We do NOT change addresses on orders once they are placed. We will initiate a refund; you may reorder. ITEMS THAT ARE DISCOUNTED WITH A COUPON WILL ONLY BE CREDITED THAT AMOUNT IF AN EXCHANGE IS NEEDED! ONCE AN ITEM IS ON SALE THAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE WHICH CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED!! IF A DISCOUNT CODE IS USED; THE PRODUCT IS CONSIDERED A SALE ITEM. We offer exchanges ONLY! NO REFUNDS! We allow one exchange per order; so please be mindful of the item and size prior to checking out. We stop at a size 9x on waist trainers and 3x for some shape wear. We do not provide refunds under ANY circumstances. A store credit will be provided even if the 9x cannot fit. NO REFUNDS! Please get approval before shipping any garments back. We, Saucy Fit, will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped or through transit with USPS. Most packages come with insurance up to $100.00; if you are unsure and want to add additional insurance please email saucyfitllc@gmail.com to do so. For Smaller orders we ship first class which does not come with insurance. The buyer can request insurance on first class packages which comes with an additional fee. Exchanges can only be done within 14 days from the confirmation email. Merchandise must not be worn and in its original package and condition. Shapewear, Butt Lifters, and Fajas cannot be exchanged!
